Weekly Art Practice #3: Butterbutt

How do these nibs wear out so fast? I've rubbed down an angle in each of the nibs I have in like no time at all. Am I pressing too hard? It seems to stress my hand as well. Now I have to order more.

Experimenting with shading and coloring in the limited time I had today. I tried drawing some other things this week but it's all shit. The lines are still wobbly, and not like some of the tutorials I've seen.

I hope to look at these in disgust sometime in the future, although there's a little bit of that already.
